Shipping Locations

We are only able to ship to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to addresses in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Your Order

After completing your order, we need 1-3 business days to prepare the shipment. We ship with Royal Mail (Tracked 48) providing tracking and a delivery photo. Your products should arrive in approximately 2-3 business days following shipping.

Orders over £50 are free delivery.

Orders under £50 will cost £5.99 for delivery.

Returns

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you will have 14 days after delivery to inform us that you would like to return your order. Your candle would need to be received back to us unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for the return back to us would need to be paid by you, the customer.

In the unlikely event you need to return your product back to us due to damage during delivery or another issue, we will cover your postage.
